My dog has had a blocked nose for a week or 2 now and has recently started to bleed. every time he sneezes, it sounds like something wants to come out of his nose but it can’t and i am really worried about this. he is currently in the vet being checked out and he is having an x-ray. the vet says that it could be a tumour and this is why they are doing the x-ray. can someone else please give me spirit as i love my dog to bits.

yesterday I had noticed cleaning the yard that she’s been having diarrhea. And just this morning I noticed that she hasn’t really ran around a lot as usual. i thought that maybe i’d find a few things out from any of you thru experience or something, before going to the vet. im thinking of giving her things with electrolytes to help her out. but Im wondering if she’s possibly dying?:/ she’s 10 1/2 years old, she’s a big dog. I dont know if that explains anything at all.
She had surgery about a month or two ago, because she had an infection. Had the surgery weakened her? she acted just fine, but its so sudden that she’s acting like this
i dont really know what to think :( , but any insight is fine.
Thanks

It’s BSL about Staffordshire bull terriers, and how some people have made their ones into fighting, which I know is completely not them as I have worked at an animal rescue centre which was full of Staffs and that just proved how they are one of the friendliest breeds of dog, especially with children.
I’m also going to mention how they have become a status dog, I don’t want it to be all like BSL is Wrong and too in your face it’s really just a presentation about something I’m interested in and thought I would do a presentation on.
Thank you very much for your help.
Also, any facts or links to websites about BSL would be much appreciated.
If you have time please watch this video, it’s the best video agaist BSL I have seen by far.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jrDS0HOU…

Not even a week ago we have picked up a dog from a rescue organization. She’s very smart, attentive and obedient. And house trained. But for some reason she has made me “presents” maybe not every night, but 4 out of 6?.. She pooped in a specific location in the living room and after I told her it was BAD she pooped in a family room tonight.. I wonder what might be the reason of such behavior… I did let her out last night just before going to sleep but she didn’t even come down from the deck.. so she didn’t do her business. Why would she do this? And what should I do to change her behavior?..
Thanks!

So, ever since I moved to the Philippines, I have had . . .
Eczema
Random bouts of wheezing, usually before I go to bed or in the morning. It hurts my chest.
CONSTANT SNEEZING.
I lived in Las Vegas before, and I NEVER had this problem. I remember immediately after moving here, I began getting rashes which were impossible to maintain. I’m still getting them now. I think I must have sneezed over fifty times today. And it is just SO FREAKING ANNOYING. My nose is constantly runny, and I have no clue what causes it! We maintain our house perfectly, we clean dust out of every crack.
I also have a dog. His fur makes me sneeze now – never did before. I’m allergic to his saliva and snot now – never was before. In fact, I sneeze more when we give him a shower. The shampoo we use for him + the humid air makes it hard for me to breath. It’s just . . . utterly pathetic. I even try allergy pills and stuff, but they never seem to work! Last time I tried them, while I may have sneezed less, my nose just got infinite times more runnier.
Sigh . . . I just don’t get it. The rest of my family is perfectly fine. Does it have anything to do with the Philippines? Do people naturally develop these things as they grow older, perhaps? I was twelve years old when this all started, and I’m fifteen now. I had a very, very minor case of asthma when I was young, but it pretty much went away. Until now, I suppose.
Am I out of shape, maybe? o___O That’s another thing that changed in my lifestyle when we moved. I exercise less, but I’m still active every day.
I honestly don’t know what else I want to know. Maybe someone else is experiencing this? D: Is there any way to identify what’s causing my allergies? Should I go to the doctor or something? :| The only thing that’s painful is waking up in the morning. Around my diaphragm area, it hurts to breath. Mostly deeper breaths. But it goes away later on in the day. Otherwise, my allergies are just a nagging discomfort in my daily life. I’ve ALMOST gotten used to them, but then I get those days where I sneeze more, or my rashes are itchier, or . . . whatever.
Just . . . can anyone offer me any advice? D8

I have a blue nose pitbull and i changed her food to make her bulk up, but she doesnt eat as much as she used too. Is there something i can mix her food with besides wet food because that gives her diarrhea. I know i should change to the food to what she used to eat but she is getting bigger with this food but she doesnt eat all her food.

My friend always thinks there is something wrong with her dog (shih tzu) and every month she swears he has a cold. One time she wouldn’t let me groom him again because she said that he got sick because of me. She says that his lymphnodes are swollen, she swears his inverted sneezes are panic attacks and nothing I tell her will make her see differently. I’m getting tired of her bringing it up, I already try not to say anything but it still makes me upset. I have worked at a vet for 2 1/2 years and have NEVER seen a dog so sick before in my life! Every time I see the dog he seems perfectly healthy. What should I do?

My neighbor is moving and we are thinking of taking her german shepard. He is 2 yrs old, neutered, and potty trained oh and he had another male dog also but he was given away. We have a 14 yr old male german shepard and husky mix who is not neutered and has only had interaction with this other dog through the fence. We also have a Shitzu female who stays inside only. The german Shepard and the other dog use to bark at my dog i guess to get him to chase them along the fence but he would just stare at them or sometimes pee on them. He’s old and he doesn’t see well and Im thinking he might have some arthritis since he doesn’t move like he use to and sleeps longer in the day. I also have a 2 1/2 yr old son who has autism, but he does well with the other dogs. I have taught him how to pet them gently. My question is would it be a wise choice to get this dog? Do you think I could have a problem with him and my dog getting along? oh and the original owner did have 2 kids in elementary school so the german shepard has been around kids. I was hoping to get him for my son, but of course I would take care of him mostly. I would separate dogs during feeding times to be safe. What are some pros and cons? He never seemed aggressive to me. The other dog that was there I think was more aggressive.
