How Do I Prevent Allergies In My Future Children?
ByI am not pregnant yet…..maybe in a year or so
I don’t have allergies, but my sister does (environmental). My uncle was allergic to bee stings. But I want to prevent asthma, food allergies, etc too. It is the most terrible thing to deal with I think. We have friends that can’t come over because we have a dog.
For those who already have allergies –
I believe in bio-set an energetic type of permanent allergy elimination. I worked for a chiro who cured many many people. Find a practitioner at www.bioset.net

You can’t cure allergies, you can help prevent them becoming bothersome by breast feeding infants for at least two years. Allergies are caused by your body fighting off elements that it sees as harmful when they aren’t. It’s an over reaction by the body to things in your environment. With a family history of allergies, there is a pretty good chance your children will have them however, breast feeding will reduce the possibility – NOT eliminate it. My mother breast fed me and and both my sisters, two of us ended up with allergies, one didn’t. The only thing you can do is be aware and take steps to keep allergens out of your child’s environment.

One of the big things found is solid food too early. It was studied that kids tend to form allergies this way. Others found are heredity, smoking while pregnant, smoking around the child, and dusty environments. I studied as to why I got my allergies

you cannot for see the future, you may have one child with major allergies and one without any. you just need to deal with the situation when you have children, there are so many things that you will have to worry about when you have a child that this is something you don’t need to worry about now you are talking about a year from now maybe?

You can’t really prevent allergies in unborn children. What you can do is eat to make yourself and them strong, and take good care of yourself so they will be as strong as they can be.

Breast feeding a baby for a long time helps prevent allergies and also helps prevent breast cancer in the mother.
Exposing children to allergens early like having an animal in the house also seems to prevent them from having allergies later.

while there is no garantee about allergy elimination, i believe that if you breast feed your children will be healthier all around. me and my sister were breastfed and we have never had allergy problems. my husband and his sister were not and they have a lot more sinus related problems. so there’s my two cents.

I don’t think you can prevent allergies. Whatever happens just happends. That’s one thing some parents have to deal with as they get older and that’s not much you can do about. Just sit back and wait. : )
