Bacteria only last in the body for short periods of time (you either get better or die) and I would think after two weeks the bad bacteria would have dissipated by now. Mono, hepatitis, appendicitis, spastic colon, Irritative bowl syndrome, gallbladder problems, parasites, and otheres can cause your symptoms. If the dr is any good at what he does, he will find it.
