It could be something really minor. But since it’s between her eyes, if it is a boil with an infection then it can affect her eyes.

Is she a boxer? Boxers are prone to facial tumors.
It could be a cyst or infection but I’d be worried about a cancerous lump.
Most cysts are firm but soft not hard.
Hard is not a good sign.
This a must-see vet question.
im a vet and we see many things like this at my work
i really would recommend bringing her to a vet

There are so many things that can go wrong and cause lumps. Cysts, warts, boils, abscesses, and fatty lumps are just some of the causes.

only your vet can tell you, from that vaque discription ther is no way to tell.

i really would recommend bringing her to a vet
