Sometimes I hate my doberman pinscher am I a bad person?
Posted by: | CommentsI have a nice dobie, very well behaved and loving and I’m his favorite pack leader. But I also have two small children and sometimes even though he has done nothing so far I look at him and think he is a dirty beast who would maul my babies if given the opportunity. Does this make me a bad person even though I never do anything to act on it and do you think he knows I feel this way?
I just got a 1 1/2 year lod doberman pinscher. What is the best food for him?

Posted by: | CommentsI would consider myself a very experienced dog owner, we always had dogs.We had irish terriers, kerry blues, collie crosses, lab crosses and other different cross breeds. At the moment i have a black lab cross and a jack russell crossed with a dachund, i was considering a doberman as my next faithful compannion, i have done a bit of research about them. the books say that they are a very powerful and a good watchdog but can be aggressive, in my experience its how you bring a puppy up and how you train them that determines their adult temperement, i am looking for experienced doberman owners for some advice

is a doberman pinscher good for a small house?
