hi , we went to see my dogs veterinarian today because from 3 days now she has being vomiting a yellow liquid, (not her food ) just once a day and 1 day 3 times. She checked her and said it was ok that i should give her half tylenol, but my husband misunderstood and gave her 1 tablet 500mg, now i am reading tylenol is toxic for dogs and iam worried sick she might have a side effect, she is a shihtzu.
Anyone who’s a vet can tell me if i should rush her to the emergency ?because its 1am in here so i cant just talk to her vet. she seems ok just a little sad. ( but they cut her hair today as well and she hates it)
-please aggressive persons and people with no veterinary knowledge and hasn’t had this problem knowledge stay away-

this is kinda weird because it happened over 5 years ago but to this day I still wonder… When i was about 13-14 I had 2 boxers… A male and female…. they mated and had 3 puppies… My mother sold 2 of them and kept one for us to … so now i had 3 boxers… Everyday when i got home from school I would let them all go out… Then about 6-7 o clock I would call them back in the house… Oneday i went to call them and only two came in, the mother and the puppy…(they were in my yard…my yard was pretty big) …when i went out to search for the male boxer(we had him for about 5 years)..I found him in a corner dead… his whole body was stiff… I ran in the house and cried…my dad buried him the back yard and figured that he just had a heat stroke or something…. about a week later the puppy got really sick… he kept vomiting and he had diarrhea… we took him to the vet and they diagnosed him with parvo…we did everything they told us but he passed away a week later…edit*
We didnt want anything to happen to the female boxer who was 4 at the time so we gave her to my grandmother… She is still alive but the other two deaths were to much of a coincidence to me… There wasnt anything in my yard for them to get into… Do you think someone poisoned them?
o as for the puppy it was 8 months when it passed and the dad(male boxer) was 5 years old
the puppy was the only one who wasnt vaccinated yet,…the other two dogs had all of their vaccinations
my mom just told me the puppy was vaccinated… all of them were…

***THE DOG IS AT THE VET RIGHT NOW BUT THEY ARE TAKING TOO LONG TO CALL BACK AND LET ME KNOW HER STATUS!!!***

My daughter found a Siberian Husky on the side of the road last night. She is extremely emaciated and we think she has been hit by a car. She will not move, only her head and sometimes her front paw. When we tried to pick her up, she yelped really loud, almost screaming. We put her in the car and she slept there through this morning when we finally took her to our vet. We didn’t want to move her because she was in so much pain! There was no blood so I think she may have a broken rib or leg. Can you tell me the symptoms of this and maybe how much it will cost to repair her. We are going to keep her if she is not hurt too badly.

She is awake, alert and licking us. We have fallen in love with her in this short time. Thanks!

I just noticed that my dog has a swelling on the inside of her ear flap. It’s about 2-3 inches in diameter. I did a bit of research and I think it’s a hematoma. Does anyone know how long this takes to appear (aka could it just have appeared this large in a couple hours)? Also, are there any ways of getting rid of it other than surgery?

My Dogs Unwrapping Christmas Presents

Posted by: admin | Comments (25)

Here’s some footage of my dogs at Christmas a few years ago. This was Scout’s last Christmas during her cancer treatments. The other two dogs, Nova and Rusty, have also recently passed away. It will be very quiet this Christmas. :( My dogs meant the world to me, and in a hundred lifetimes I could never repay them for all they’ve given me. But once a year we’d have a dog party on Christmas morning. The dogs loved unwrapping their gifts of squeaky toys, stuffed animals, and balls. Occasionally they’d argue over a particularly interesting toy, but would work it out and move on to something new. Their gifts were always wrapped in white tissue and placed under the tree by Santa on Christmas morning. Somehow they knew not to touch the presents that weren’t wrapped that way, but annihilated the rest over a period of about 20 minutes. I hope you enjoy watching my silly spoiled dogs on their favorite day.

My neighbor is a sick man. He has 15 pit bulls living in a condo. They just had puppies. He lets the adult dogs out with NO lease and when they run away from him , he BEATS the dogs as if its there fault.

He lets the dos poop all over the deck and the neighbor yards 24/7. There is poop every were out Foron & back. It looks like a ZOO. I cant let my kids out due to no leash in the digs & the smell & germs of the poop.

This man is a problem , he has caused fights w/ others and is spiteful. I have LOTS of pictures of this too. He takes these dogs to the school bus stop with NO leashes !

I did call HOA but nothing is been done. What can be done legally ? Thank you
When I open my windows the poop smell comes in and Im afraid it can have airborn germs, is this possible ?

Thanks you
ALso, he BEAT the mom dog that has to nurse all the puppies several times on her back. He’s sick!

My uncle in law has taught our daughter to kiss his dogs on the mouth, having told her that their mouth is the cleanest mouth around! My daughter has kissed his dogs for some time and I have heard this from my son in law also, that the dogs mouth is clean. But think about what the dog puts his mouth into? Ewwww, right?

My daughter was still kissing the dog’s mouth when the dog had cancer of the mouth! Now she has an exotic cat and kisses that cat too I think, and she has been diagnosed as having a Mestastasized breast cancer to her lungs! Is it possible that the dog’s cancer pathogen transferred through her mouth?
