I cant remember if its an independent horror film or if its just unpopular. Anyways, the main title and credits show drawn images of ghastly things. Then the movie starts out (from what I remember) with three young kids in a tent in their back yard telling scary stories. one of them tells the first story.
the movie then shows the characters in the story. It was about a lonely nerdy middle school kid (estimated age. maybe he is younger, I dont know) who gets bullied by three other kids. one of them had a blond mullet and another had a scar on his face. Anyway, I guess they step on his lunch during lunch time and duct taped the boy on the school hallway ceiling. the janitor helps the bullied boy down. there are a few gaps in my memory, but from what I remember, the janitor vanishes in the boys bathroom. later, during class, the troubled boy gets a hall pass to go to the bathroom. there he finds the janitors decapitated body, and not far from that was this horribal monster that looks skeletal, disfigured and wierd. the scared boy ran into the classroom with his pants wet. the class laughed at him and his fat teacher goes with the boy to investigate the bathroom. She got sucked into the ventalation shaft, getting devoured, splattering blood into the toilet. the boy then runs back to the classroom and the three bullies confront him. he lead them into the bathroom and the monster grabs one of the bullies and eats him. While the other kids panicked, the nerdy boy runs out the door, and barricades the door with a water fountain. the remaining two bullies are trapped with the monster, one of them wetting his pants before they are eaten. At the end of the story, the same janitor from the beginning is wiping windows when the school principle and a worried mother run to the janitor and ask him if he has seen her son, one of the bullies. the janitor tells them he hasnt, also adding in that her son was a bad kid. as the mother continues to search, the janitor puts his window rag into a bucket full of water, blood, and kids clothing. Insinuating that the janitor is the monster in a human disguise. That was the main story I remember. There were two more, one about an old lady putting her dog in the microwave, thinking it will dry after its bath. then it exploded. The other story was about a disturbed misfit boy who had a sick obsession for flies. he collected them, read about them and even fed his classmates fly cookies. a real troublemaker. at the end of the story, giant mutated flies tore his arms off. after that, the scene showed him smiling and lying on a hammack with two hooks replacing where his arms had been. he never had to go to school again.
The three kids telling those stories in their backyard tent get interrupted when a man who I assume was their father asks them what they were up to. they were frightened at first when he startled them, but went at ease shortly after. then the father turned into the monster from the first story. The movie ends with the outside of their tent and the shadows of the kids and the monster about to eat them.

anyway, sorry for the long question and details but its been driving me nuts for years. if anyone has a clue, please help, ha ha.
