shih tzu puppies have short hair, when does it look fluffy?
Posted by: | CommentsI am fostering a momma dog and her puppies. She is a shih tzu, but no idea what the dad was since she was found as a stray. I am trying to figure out if the puppies fur will stay short. How old are they when the fur gets longer and really fluffy? Right now they are about 4 weeks old and the fur is short and soft, maybe like a beagle.
