ive been told to try this gadget on my duke, if you havent read any of my duke questions before, heres a quick run down, hes got brain problems(vets have assured me of this) he isnt learning as well as he should, he forgets things quickly, hes always at the vets with injurys, he’s had a seizure,major surgery, got kicked out of puppy school, and we got told to leave dog school until duke can behave. ive trained many dogs in my time so i know what im doing its just duke doesnt know what he’s supposed to be doing, any how ive been reccomended to try this gadget that makes a noise that only duke can hear, im to press it when hes not listening to me,and its meant to stop him barking or stop him doing the wrong thing? only thing is i have another well behaved dog that will hear this noise as well,i dont want to punish both dogs if its only duke doing the wrong thing? would you try this gadget or not? please ive been putting in so much time with training duke im at a loss as what else to do?
and we have seen someone about his behaviour and she told me duke is never gunna be smart. that cost me lots of cash to be told that.
